They push Invisalign because it’s way less work for her . Dr Kossowan recommended Invisalign on my daughter that had a complicated situation. After about 8 months of using Invisalign it was impossible for her to do what needed to be done for my daughter using Invisalign so we switched to braces. . She takes a minimum of 45 min to do any adjustments and completely cuts my daughters mouth up most times she goes in. After 4 years I took my daughter to see another orthodontist and they sounded very concerned about her teeth. I decided to take a loss on the braces at dr K and start over somewhere else. She damaged my daughter’s 2 front teeth more because of her incompetence. Avoid and honestly it’s time she retires

WARNING: In my experience this practice is highly unethical and very poorly managed. In short: 1. They overcharged me and refused to take any responsibility (despite me sending in bank statements as proof). 2. Once they had all my money, they became extremely unresponsive to calls and emails. 3. After I decided to no longer move forward with my Invisalign treatment (in which no trays had yet been made), they tried to keep my full payment for the procedure. 4. Once I got them to agree to a partial refund, they sent me a statement (on a word doc, not even billing software), with fraudulent or embellished charges, trying to scam me out of as much money as possible. I regret having ever walked into this office. In my opinion, Dr. Kossowan and Greg have low morals and no shame. If you search the reviews, you’ll see I’m not the only person they’ve tried to scam money from. The longer story: I had a unique situation where I signed a contract for Invisalign, had the X-rays and scans taken, but then had to stop before any trays were made. I needed major dental work, which ended up taking almost two years. During that time, I made my downpayment and continued paying a monthly fee until m

BEWARE very unprofessional, took my deposits and monthly payments with no follow ups. i had to contact multiple times & even go in person after i realized they were avoiding my calls about my Invisalign treatment and when i would be receiving them. I got multiple different responses each time I contacted them, the first being the doctor didn’t even submit my prescription to invisalign. After realizing how unprofessional they were i let them know i did not want to move forward with them any more & would need my money back, all of sudden they are telling me my invisalign would be ready by next week and i should continue to work with them. Greg especially your rude, disrespectful and need to learn good customer service.

They did a great job on my sister's teeth. She's so happy with her smile and that's what really counts. They are offer flexibility with payments. The staff are very friendly and the facility is clean and organized. Definitely recommend!

Mon son is currently receiving services there and we are very pleased. Dr Kossovan and her staff are very friendly, show that they care about their patients and are generous with their time. They worked with our insurance very efficiently and are reasonably priced. Since my son is highly sensitive, I was worried that he would not tolerate the treatment well. However, thanks to dr Kossovan’s gentle touch, my son has been feeling very comfortable throughout his first 6 months of treatment and I am thrilled.
